The second time around, Georges Saint-Pierre won the UFC Welterweight Championship from Matt Hughes via TKO with the referee stopping the match because Saint-Pierre was just pounding away on Matt Hughes. One of the most anticipated match-ups in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) history former UFC light heavyweight Champion Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell will battle former Pride Champion Wanderlei “The Axe Murderer” Silva on December 29, 2007 at the Mandalay Bay events center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The event, UFC 79 Nemesis will feature Matt Serra and Matt Hughes squaring off for the UFC welterweight championship.

Rashad Evans is the champion of Ultimate Fighter 2.
Michael “The Count” Bisping was born in Cyprus, but fights out of Lancashire, England. Bisping’s mixed martial arts record is 14-0, undefeated! Michael Bisping is the Ultimate Fighter 3 champion.
