Chris Duhon of Chicago BullsNBA Betting Line: Chicago Bulls at Golden State Warriors -12.5

The Golden State Warriors had hoped to end its season series at the Oracle Arena with a big win against the Chicago Bulls. Sadly though, those hopes went down the drain when the undermanned Chicago Bulls managed to topple down the well-rested Golden State Warriors, 114-108. The Bulls missed three of their top scorers, Ben Gordon, Luol Deng and Kirk Hinrich, due to injuries, but still they played a great game. Forward-center Chris Webber, the former no.1 over all draft pick, made its debut to his former team, but his guard services were outplayed by the Bulls’ great game. The Bulls took the led in the first minute of the forth quarter, holding off the Golden State Warriors rallies. Chicago Bulls forward Tyrus Thomas dominated the floor in the final seconds, managing 13 points, as the Bulls scored on nine of ten down the stretch and sealing the game with a big win.

Chris Duhon made 11-of-16 shots, four 3-pointers and nine assists that carried the Bulls. Point guard Chris Duhon scored a career-high 34 points, 2 rebounds and 9 assists and he made the Bulls’ win possible. Power forward Joe Smith had 27 points, 8 rebounds and 1 assist. Forward Tyrus Thomas finished with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 2assists.

The Golden State Warriors were led by the 25 points of guard Monta Ellis. Power guard Baron Davis backed him up with 22 points while forward-center Al Harrington chipped in 20 points. Stephen Jackson had 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists, while center Andris Biedrins had a double figure of 12 points and 18 assists.

It is the 4th win for the Bulls in their road trip and their NBA record improved to 19-29 SU and 19-29 ATS. The Golden State Warriors had a winning streak in their previous games, winning 2 consecutive games. Their 2nd loss in their 6 games made their NBA record to 29-29 SU and 22-26 ATS.

The Chicago Bulls are ATS winners as 12.5 underdogs. Money bet on the Chicago Bulls is the winning bet.

The Chicago Bulls hope to continue with their winning form when they play with the two top NBA teams. On February 9, the Bulls will hit the road to visit point guard Deron Williams and the Northwest leader Utah Jazz. The Bulls then host power-forward David West and New Orleans Hornets on February 12.

The Golden State Warriors will hope for a better performance against center Brad Miller and the Sacramento Kings on February 9, then will likewise host forward Antawn Jamison and the Washington Wizards on February 11.
