yao-ming-of-houston-rockets.jpgThe Cleveland Cavaliers (27-20 SU, 22-25 ATS) have been impressive lately, going 9-2 SU in their last 11 games, and also going 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games. The Houston Rockets (28-20 SU, 23-23-2 ATS) are also on a streak of sorts going 8-1 SU in their last 9 games despite losing 2-4 ATS in their last 6 games at home.

Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers has been playing really well, and even posted an important win against the NBA’s best team Boston Celtics. However, Lebron will be without the support of Anderson Varejao and Dwight Gooden, who are out on injuries. Without such big guys to lend their support, Zydrunas Ilgauskas might have a tough time guarding Yao Ming of the Houston Rockets.

That could be good news for the Houston Rockets, however, the bad news is that point guards Luther Head and Steve Francis are still on the injured list, leaving Rafer Alston to step up on point guard duty if the Houston Rockets offense should find a rhythm.

The momentum is with the Houston Rockets, who are 9-2 in its last 11 games when playing at home against Cleveland. The last time the Cleveland Cavaliers visited the Houston Rockets, they were clobbered 81-63. However, during their last match-up at Cleveland, the Cavaliers were able to outlast the Houston Rockets 91-85. So it seems that the home court advantage will surely be a factor.

Bet on Houston Rockets to win ATS.
