NBA Basketball Betting Picks for the Cleveland Cavaliers (21-4) versus the New York Knicks (17-8)

LeBron James Ball DefenseWith the addition of Maurice Williams to lead the offense for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the resurrection of Ben Wallace on the defensive end the Cleveland Cavaliers are getting of to one of their best starts in franchise history. LeBron James all the while just keeps getting better year after year, if it’s a consolation he still does not have a consistent jumper. With that said Kobe Bryant still has the upperhand in a debate of who is the best NBA Basketball player in the league right now. But with LeBron James toying and having his way against any defense thrown at him by any team, who thinks that a left out Carmelo Anthony can handle the well improved LeBron James.

The Denver Nuggets have been very successful after acquiring Chauncey Billups from the Detroit Pistons. Sad to say the Detroit Pistons are not doing as good. After Allen Iverson left for the Detroit Pistons, the Denver Nuggets offense has flourished as has been deadlier than ever. With Kenyon Martin slowly creeping back to old form without the hops, Nene Hilario being healthy as ever and Carmelo Anthony getting back his old shooting touch the Denver Nuggets are good enough but not good enough to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers on a good day. The Point Spread is well covered by the Denver Nuggets but if you’re going to be safe on the moneylines, go ahead and stay with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
