As every mixed martial arts fan knows, the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) headed by Dana White is the pinnacle of all mixed martial arts shows by far in the United States. Lately the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), the leading promoter of mixed martial arts has seen some stiff competition in Affliction led by Tom Atencio with a truckload of talent that includes the names of former UFC stars like previous UFC heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia, Pedro Rizzo, Andrei Arlovski, Josh Barnett, Renato Sobral, Matt Lindland, Vitor Belfort, and Gary Goodridge. We now have the freedom to watch any and most of the world’s best fighters either in the UFC or Affliction. Both Dana White and Tom Atencio have a long way to go and an even longer battle. For the fighters it would be just a choice whether to go with the UFC or Affliction.
