The Grade 3 $300,000 Rebel Stakes goes this Saturday at Oaklawn Park and it’s shaping up to be a great race.

Flying First Class and Curlin are both coming off equally impressive maiden wins and looking to step up the competition here as it will be the first time both horses have challenged around two turns; coincidentally both breezed a bullet 1:12 around 6 furlongs in preparation for the Rebel Stakes. No Biz Like Shobiz Kentucky Derby Winner

With a Beyer Speed Figure of 109 in his last race, the highest of any 3 year old this year, look for Flying First Class to press the pace on Saturday.

Also running in the Rebel Stakes is Teuflseberg who surprised everyone in the Southwest Stakes by leading wire to wire at final odds of 23/1! Looking to hit a longshot? Get all your online horse betting at the Bodog Racebook.
