Race Tracks 2006 Racing Season

Churchill Downs. The Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, began it Fall Meet on Oct. 29 and will conclude Nov. 25, 2006. The highlight of the season was the recently concluded Breeders Cup Championships. Updates to its lineup include the elevation of the Clark Handicap to Grade I carrying a $500,000 purse.
